sugar craving, 425F, apricot galette... vegan at that...veganomicon, isa chandra moskovitz's fantastic vegan cookbook, has a great recipe for an apple-cinnamon galette. i adapted it slightly to use some of the fresh apricots i found at the local market today. i also used spelt flour instead of the wheat flour her recipe called for. results were lovely to look at and delicious to eat. and very sharable. bon appetit!
